Inauguration of operations of the Centre of Polish-Russian Agreement and Dialogue

The Centre of Polish-Russian Agreement and Dialogue will inaugurate operations in Poland's south-western city of Wroclaw on the 23 of June 2011.

The ceremony will be attended by Poland's and Russia's culture ministers, former Foreign Ministers Adam Rotfeld and Anatoly Torkunov and experts, plenipotentiary for the creation of the Centre – as Slawomir Debski said.

The Centre will initiate, support and promote actions for dialogue in Polish-Russian relations. It is established to disseminate knowledge about history, culture and heritage of the two nations.

The institute in Warsaw will cooperate with its sister institute in Russia.
